Lily Scarlett serves as Director of Development and Communications for Acts4Rwanda, where she leads strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and storytelling initiatives to advance the organization’s mission of empowering children through faith, education, and sustainable development.

With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Lily brings a deep passion for mission-driven work and a proven track record of building meaningful relationships that drive impact. She began her career serving with ProPapa America in Honduras, where she developed a strong foundation in international ministry and community-focused outreach.

Lily has also held key development roles with the American Diabetes Association and the Diabetes Research Institute, where she cultivated major donor partnerships and led successful campaigns supporting research, education, and patient services.

Known for her relational approach and heart for service, Lily is dedicated to connecting people with purpose—inviting others to be part of transformational work that changes lives and communities for generations to come.
